These Service Terms, referred to as the "Terms", govern your access to and use of the website Modelexorex100 and the AI-assisted trading platform, together called the "Service", operated by Modelexorex100 Inc. ("Modelexorex100", "we", "us" and "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Eligibility to use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age threshold and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service is not available where applicable law prohibits its use.
2. Account creation
Using the full Service requires an account with complete, accurate and up-to-date information. Keep your login details secure and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly at if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We may limit or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain deceptive information or involve fraud or abusive conduct.
3. What the service includes and excludes
Modelexorex100 provides AI market analysis, trading signals and optional automated order execution through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is supplied for information and analysis.
- Modelexorex100 does not hold, administer or take custody of your money. Your capital remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
- Broker connections use API credentials that may allow read-only access and order execution. They do not authorise withdrawals.
- Past results from a strategy or signal are not an indication of future results.
- Trading may decrease your capital, including the risk of losing the full amount Modelexorex100.
4. No investment recommendations
Nothing supplied through Modelexorex100 constitutes financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI signals and analytics are informational only. Consider consulting an appropriately qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Modelexorex100 is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Fees and payment
Some features may be available only through a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be revised with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, which are not included. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, first-time subscribers may qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service in breach of the law or any applicable rule or obligation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to access the platform's source code.
- Use scripts or automated systems to scrape, crawl or collect data from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt or damage the Service, its functions or related infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running or another conduct prohibited under financial regulations.
7. Intellectual property and ownership
All content, software, models, algorithms, trademarks and confidential know-how made available through the Service remain the exclusive property of Modelexorex100 or its licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership rights. You may use our marks or logos only with prior written authorisation.
8. Disclaimers of warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Modelexorex100 DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY OR BE FREE FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limits on liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Modelexorex100 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGE COULD HAVE BEEN ANTICIPATED. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Modelexorex100 IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnity and claims
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Modelexorex100 and its directors, officers, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Suspension or closure
You may close your account through its settings or by writing to . We may suspend or terminate access immediately following a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your authorisation to use the Service ends as well, and account information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Modelexorex100, without applying its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will initially be submitted to binding arbitration in Unit 101, Raheja Towers, M.G. Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or United Kingdom may also bring proceedings before courts with jurisdiction in their local area.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Significant amendments will be notified at least 14 days in advance by email or platform notice. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
